Alerts run time stop running at 00:00

Post by NBtech »

I have custom alerts setup in Nagios Log Viewer to warn me if particular events are triggered. These alerts are setup with a 'Check Interval' of 60s and a 'Lookback Period' of 70s.

They run fine all through the daytime but the 'Last Run' status stops at 00:00 every night. It then then starts working again at 08:00.

I assume there is a setting somewhere which controls the alert run times but I cannot find it.

Please can someone help me?

What mechanism is used for the alerts? NRDP, Nagios Reactor, SNMP Trap, Email ?

What version of NLS are you running? Has this always been happening? I set up a couple of test alerts and they aren't exhibiting this behavior.
