Hi Everybody !!!!
We can see, in the "State History" , that if a "host" or "service" presents records with the "Hard" type, we have too an email alert.
But in the case of "Soft" type, do not have an email alert. Is this correct?
What are the differences between "Hard" and "Soft" type?

Sending Email Alerts
Re: Sending Email Alerts
A hard state is reached after the host/service has been in a non-OK state X times in a row, where X is the value you have set for max_check_attempts. And you are correct that a soft state will not typically send an email.
