Permissions on libexec directory

Hi All,

I would like to let you know since the upgarde between r1.2 > r1.6 their seems to be wrong permissions set on the plugin folder as a result you can no longer upload or delete a plugin from the web interface. The issue is the owner of libexec is set to nagios nagios where as the correct permissions should be apache nagios. Changed that and all became normal.
