Update for Component LDAP Authentication

Hello,

I updated the Component LDAP Authentication to support TLS including configuring TLS_REQCERT=never. For TLS_REQCERT=never to work you might need to restart the web service.
If somebody finds it useful then feel free to add it official Nagios XI components.

Copy the file to /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/ldapauth/
