Dear Forum
We want to ping from Juniper as a auto via some script , to store the result and to read via some mechanism (may be SNMP), how to do this?
Its wide topic (due to this, me have raised two threads separately as two different brand involve) and appreciate your advice.

This reads a lot like the forum thread in the customer section. We don't allow double posting in our forums, so please choose a thread you prefer to keep open and we'll lock the other.
That said - I'm reading this like pinging from a host on the far side of one of the routers isn't an acceptable solution? If that's the case I think you should open a support ticket with the folks at Juniper. We're going to be unable to help gather this data out of a Juniper system unless it exposes it somehow using something like SNMP or a web API.
