Nagios upgrade to 4.1.1

Is there any document to upgrade nagios core 4.0.8 to nagios core 4.1.1. I did installation of Nagios core 4.0.8 by compiling through source code. I have pnp4nagios ndoutils configured with my Nagios. There are some resources defined in resource.cfg. Please advice how should I upgrade my Nagios without loosing my configurations.
