How do I get this plugin to work in XI?

I downloaded the WSF file, modified and tested the script. It works great. What do I need to do in XI?

NSCP on your Presentation server you're running the script on
Set up an external command definition in nsclient.ini for the script
Set up a service on the Nagios server to run that external script

This could get complicated. Let's start by asking if you've successfully run the script on a PS and gotten useful output?
