Perl SDK installation Issue

All,
I'm tryign to install the PERL SDK but am getting the below error when I say yes to the Install; I'm on the free 60 day trial so that I canshow it to work and get it paid for but I need to get it to monitor an ESXi host which the PERL is required for.
