I am a registered customer who has paid, but get no support

Post by gpi »

Hi,

When I go into the page for paying customers, I get the following:

"You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum."

So far I have opened cases, but I think that they have been against the general forum. In any case, I cannot review nor search on the supported forum neither.

Can someone from the support board please review this situation. Otherwise might consider if renewing the support next year is necessary.

Terribly sorry! Normally our Sales team should explain this, but I'll put it here for future reference.

When you register on the forums, you are registered as a normal user because we have no way of knowing which company you are from. All you need to do is email [email protected] from a company email with your username, and request that you be added to the Customer group. We on the Support side have no control over this, unfortunately, so it needs to go through Sales.

That said, I'll bring this up to them immediately and you should hear back from them soon.

Update: You should be in the Customer group already, but we forced group membership so you should be able to see that section. Let me know if you can see the Customer section and I'll move the thread.

Thanks!

I do have access now to the NagiosXI customer forum.

You can now move the thread.

Carlos.
