Display_Name to be add in Mass-Acknowledgement

I tried to send email to [email protected] but failed, so requesting to you.

Please add column “Display_Name” in between Service Problem and Service Status.

Also provide sorting order (Host Name, Service Description and Date) wise. By default should be as Date Wise so will looks same as appearance (same order) of Operations Center.

Mike Guthrie is no longer with us but we are actively developing the component. Please, post your questions/requests/ideas on the forum.

We already have an internal feature request in our system about adding this functionality (TASK ID 4137).
