Updated version of check_mssql

Hello,

I still don' t know the best way to update Nagios plugins, uploading a new version to Nagios exchange will end in multiple different versions and nobody knows which one is the latest.
This release includes some bug fixes and enhancements like a second query for multiline output. It also supports reading parameters from command line, so it is possible to hide the password.
Can somebody of the Nagios team review the script and upload it to Nagios Exchange and include it in the Nagios distribution.

Remove the txt from the attachment and upload check_mssql 0.7.8 in your plugin directory.
