Is there any plugin for ssh failed login alert?

There's a plugin here but it looks like it may be outdated/take some tinkering to get it working. You can alternatively monitor /var/log/auth.log or /var/log/secure using something such as Nagios Log Server. There are a lot of plugins for monitoring logs available on the Nagios Exchange website as well.
