Nagios XI 5 - Sorry Dave

Post by WillemDH »

Just noticed something weird. I think my session timed out. I logged in again. Pre-XI 5 I was able to continue working in different open tabs. Now I can too, but the 'Sorry Dave' message stays in the top menu and the CCM gas a weird output. Check the screenshot. When I log out and in again, the issue is solved..

Does each new tab get the Sorry Dave message? I want to try to reproduce this one, but I'm unsure exactly what happened.

This issue is documented with a resolution, and can be found at https://support.nagios.com/wiki/index.p ... .22_Errors

Give those steps a try, and let us know what you find.

Hmm, Clearing the cache might indeed be a good idea, certainly after an upgrade. I'll try that and will update this thread if the issue re-appears.

Grtz
