Is there a way I can add 2 users to every notification field without going to the configure button for every service and host?

This is very easy to do via the Bulk Modifications Tool that comes with Nagios XI Enterprise edition. To see a comparison between XI Standard and Enterprise editions, check out the link below:

Certainly. Navigate to 'Config -> Core Config Manager -> Tools -> Bulk Modifications'. Once there, you are able to add either a contact or contactgroup to many hosts/services at a time.

If you don't have the bulk modifications tool available to you, navigate to 'Config -> Core Config Manager -> Hosts -> Select a host -> Alert Settings -> Manage Contacts'. You should be capable of managing your contacts from this screen. You will still need to do them one at a time, but using this method should be faster than running through the configure button for every host.
