can not login to Nagios XI GUI

Greeting,

I can't login into the Nagios XI GUI.

It give me the following error messages:


Message: A database connection error has been detected, we are attempting to repair the server, if the repair does not resolve the issue, please contact Nagios support.

Run the following from the CLI as root to attempt to repair the DB

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh

After running the script, you're still unable to logon.. that's pretty unusual.

What version of XI?

Is your MySQL offloaded?

How did you install XI?

One of the tech support help us with the original installation and upgrade.
Nagios XI 2011R2.4 . We might have a newer version but I don't know how to run and get the version.

Edit: it looks like you edited your post. We're unable to provide remote support without a contract. We can continue troubleshooting the issue here though.
