SMS notifications only for some services

Hi,

we want to setup email notifications for all host/services but SMS notifications for only some host/services.

E.g.

For user jdoe i want to setup email notifications for two hosts and all services on that hosts, but also SMS notifications for some (not every) services.
Is this possible without additional contact user, e.g jdoe-sms (setup with two users we have in nagios core, and we are migrating to xi and we want to avoid that).

Adding users from LDAP/AD is working perfectly and I want to avoid having to manually add sms contact for every user. Our users don't want to receive sms for every alert, just for specific ones.

I don't believe this is going to be possible. You will need to setup a second contact for the SMS alerts, and assign them to each service that you want specifically to have SMS alerts.

I think you can create service templates containing the mail and sms info to do this. Apply the mail template to some and the sms template to some. Now you can control mail and sms through the templates, and not have to touch the hosts or services in the future.
I do this with mail groups so my setup may be a bit different.

Solution with mail/SMS service templates doesn't help much, because I have to many users / user groups that may or may not have SMS contact(s).

Can one user (gui user) have multiple relationships with contacts (nagios core contacts)? (one gui user have two core contacts (sms and mail))
