After a reboot, all checks showing 4x

After rebooting the CentOS box, all of my checks now appear 4 times each.
I feel like I've seen this issue before a while ago, and found a fix online, but my searches today come up empty.
Anyone else encountered this? XI 5.2.2

I thought the duplicate issue was fixed.. Is this CentOS 7 by chance?
