Help sending Alerts from NA to Nagios XI

Hi there,

We are trying to send Alerts/Checks results with email from Nagios NA, through Nagios XI to certain email.

We configured everything according steps provided in this link: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios_XI.pdf

However, all that we achieved is having Alerts in NA, but NA it's not sending any email notification.

Also we tested that by configuring certain thresholds in XI we will have email send, but this will com from XI.

The idea is all,alerting/check results with email, to come from NA, which is much more flexible and convenient for us.

If you want the Alerts to come from the Nagios Network Analyzer, click on Alerting in the menu of the Network Analyzer GUI, create a new check and on step 3 you select the user you want to send the alert to.
The Network Analyzer uses either Sendmail or Postfix to send emails so you may have to configure for the server to send emails in your infrastructure.

All it needed was to reconfigure/change the email on server itself not on the GUI.
