Get alerted when certain set of users log into server

Is it possible to monitor Windows server and get an email whenever a certain set of users log into the servers?
Windows server is being monitored through NSClient++. What are chances if we use SNMP or WMI ?

As long as you can script it, NSClient can monitor and send the results to Nagios. Do you already have a script or anything that can look for that user being logged in?

Windows Event Logs would be where you would find the info.
