Good morning,
I need to activate the LDAP auth in NagiosXI. Under "Admin-->System Extensions-->Manage Components" I see LDAP Authentication:

Provides LDAP authentication for Nagios XI.
Experimental Version: 0.3 Author: Nagios Enterprises, LLC.

I tried to configure the component but I can't see inside “AdminUsersManage Users” the checkbox to add new user trough LDAP.
Can you help me in activating LDAP correctly?

Can you provide a screenshot to show us where you're at?

Did you add your authentication server already?

What version of XI are you running?

Nagios XI 2014R2.7

You need to upgrade to XI 5 in order to have that functionality.

If you decide to upgrade then you should disable the old LDAP component that you setup under Admin > Manage Components and then upgrade and then setup LDAP under Admin > LDAP/AD Integration.
