Change notification delay

Hi,
We want to change all the alerts notification for the hosts/services that exist in the nagios.
We want to recive only email when the alert was checked 3 times and not immediately.

This is because we have some network problems and we do not want to recive false emails..

Is there any way in the CCM to change this configuration to all hosts?

This can be performed using the Bulk Modifications tool.
