MSSQL and DB2 monitors

Does anyone have more in dept monitors for the 2 items listed? I am using what I have found in Exchange but was wondering if maybe someone has maybe some home grown ones or howto's to share.

What specifically are you looking to monitor in regards to those two listed items? And what did you find in the Exchange? A link would be helpful so we know what we are comparing against.
