Hi Team,

I have gone through the plugin that is there in our exchange portal.

Did we have ticket auto closure too for the same, this is very much needed for our client. If we have the plugin updated, please let me know. thanks.

It appears that plugin is the only ServiceNow related plugin available, but it has not been maintained by its developer since June 2014.
There are some alternatives mentioned in this thread, however:
