Monitoring MS SQL database cluster parameters

Hi,

I have a requirement to monitor MS SQL database Cluster parameters "ResourceStatus", "GroupFailover" & "GroupStatus". Do we have any readily available plugins to monitor these parameters? please advise. If not, please let me know, how can we proceed further?
