Nagios Availability Report shows wrong data

Hello.
I see some wrong data in my Nagios Availability Report. I noticed that just for one service, but maybe there are others as well.
While Report shows 100% Availability of Service during a week, actually it had DOWN state several hours, that can be seen on State History.
Is it possible to find where is the error and correct the report?

Can you show us screenshots of both reports? Was the service in scheduled downtime? Please show us the "Advanced" settings that you used when running the "Availability" report.

I am not sure, whether services were at scheduled downtime. How could I check?

Can you run the Legacy Availability report for that host and time period and post the screen capture of it?
To run that report, click on Reports > Legacy Reports > Availability and fill in the information for the host and time frame.

It looks like there may have been a few issues with the availability report that changed over time. The version of 2014 that you're using is from about 16~ months ago. Is there any chance of being able to upgrade this system?

As we don't have active support, I can't upgrade the system at the moment. Is there any possibility to fix the issue without an upgrade?

Perhaps others can chime in, but I do not know of any other ways to remedy this apart from upgrading, as was required by all of our other customers who experienced this issue.
