Upgrade from ancient version 2012R2.5...

Post by ScobiW »

Greetings!

Is it possible to upgrade from 2012R2.5 directly to 5.2.3?

If not directly, can you provide the step-ups I would need to complete first?

Thanks in advance!

I can confirm to what swilkerson said - I just upgraded Nagios XI 2012R2.5 directly to 5.2.3. I didn't have any issues whatsoever. This was a "vanilla" install - nothing custom on it. Do your backups, snapshot your XI instance if this is a VM, clone it, etc. :) Good luck with the upgrade! Let us know if you run into some issues.
