Unable to add new host

i am getting error while adding new host

Error: Could not find any hostgroup matching 'IT-servers' (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/servers/IT-web4_4.cfg', starting on line 4)
Error: Failed to process hostgroup names for host IT-web4_4' (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/servers/IT-web4_4.cfg', starting at line 4)

Do you have a hostgroup with that name set up? Nagios is having trouble finding it. Can you check your hostgroups to make sure?

hostgroup with that name is already exactest

in /templates.cfg, hostgroups.cfg, and even my it server host config file its updated
