Import Snapshots to NagiosXI5 from Nagios XI 2012R2.9

Good afternoon Nagios guys, Can I import snapshots from Nagios XI 2012R2.9 to Nagios XI5?

I'm trying but the file (.tar.gz) appears to be empty from the Nagios XI5 interface, If I extract the tar file all the ítems are there but if I try to import or view the file through the XI5 interface the txt file is empty.

The recommended method is to spin up another server running 2012R2.9, import your configuration, and then upgrade the server.
