configuration changes no longer applied after mysql offload

Post by ken.toghia »

I have a centos7 Docker container with a mysql container for storage.

I completed the offloading instructions but I am unable to make any changes to the the system. I keep getting an error No Services Defined. Even when I create, delete, or completely reset the host and service setting I am unable to save the new configuration. We are evaluating the product for our development here and I need to figure out why this no longer functions.

Thanks,
Ken Toghia

Unfortunately, we do not provide support for Nagios XI running in a docker container. I can confirm that it is possible, and I have done it, but I did not take it as far as trying to offload the database. My initial thought is that you may be running into issues with port configuration, but like I said, we can't really provide support for this as it is untested from a development perspective.
