How To Get Run Time Memory Info Of Any IP And Router Info ?

Hi,

i am new to nagiosxi i have installed it after a long time but i am getting difficulty regarding using it can any one help me that how can i get the band widt , memory use and different info regarding particular IP of the network on run time ?
and how would i access the router info using Nagios xi ?
Such that how much information for particular ip and router can we get using this software remember that i am using free version Hopes for your suggestions ...
