Paging to mobile phones

Can you recommend any paging software that will work well with nagiosXI? The ideal would be software that can work with a rotating support schedule to minimize having to update who is currently on-call.

I would definitely look at pagerduty.com.

It integrates with Nagios and lets your teams create their own schedules, rotating and otherwise. You can , I believe, set up the on-call calendar a year in advance.

Worth a look.
