Bandwith Check on a switch - Return code of 13 is out of bo

I setup a Cisco switch to be monitored using the wizard and am getting this error on the bandwidth check: Return code of 13 is out of bounds. Status is working fine but not bandwidth. We are running Nagios XI 2014R2.6. I would appreciate any direction in solving the issue. Thanks.

Lets see if the wizard created the bandwidth configuration and created the files for the bandwidth check.
Login as root on the XI server, run the following and post the output.

ls -l  /var/lib/mrtg

In the /var/lib/mrtg folder, is there a file with the IP address of your device you are checking in that directory?

Can you post one of the Service checks that is causing the error?

Are you getting this error on all of the bandwidth checks for that switch or just one of them?

If it is just the one port giving you issues, try deleting this rrd file and wait 20 minutes to see if it gets recreated correctly and the error is gone.

In the XI GUI, can you go to Admin > Manage Config Wizards and update the Network Switch / Router wizard to the latest version and see if that helps.

I updated the wizard yesterday after reading another post and rebuilt the check. It solved an issue where the ports could not be found. The error is happening on all the ports of this switch.

What is the make and model number of the Cisco Switch and the version of IOS is it running?

The switch is a 3750g and is running Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASEK9-M), Version 12.2(37)SE1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

I looked at the rrd file and it looks to have valid data. Also, it just started to capture data from that switch around 12pm 3/2/2016 CST.
Are you still getting the error in XI?
Can you login to the XI server as root and run the following commands and post the output?
