NRDS_WIN on client machine - consume CPU

Hello

We installed NAGIOS on client machine using passive-mode. We monitor disk-space and SQL processes.

We saw that the NAGIOS process itself consumed regularly 25-30 precent CPU and ran for a long time.

How can I resolve this?
Please suggest ways to troubleshoot this, or maybe there is a solution for that (product update, work-around/etc).
