But i am able to login using nagiosxi user account nagiosadmin and make all the changes. Can any one help me to fix the issue?

For clarification, where did you create the account?

Can you show us a screenshot of the permissions for the user?

I just tried to replicate this by creating a user @ http://192.168.4.254/nagvis/frontend/nagvis-js/ - it's working fine with a read only account.

Hi rkennedy,

I delete the user and recreated same user with read access only. Now its working fine.

Good to hear it's working. I'll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved, and close it out.
