Nagios XI to specify which notifications to send emails out

Hi,

Is there any way in Nagios XI to specify which notifications to send emails out for?

For example we only want to send a email notifications out for Critical alerts only?

or is the any way of sending email notifications to different email addresses?

For example send Warning emails to a one address and then sending Critical to a different address and also send the OK emails to somewhere else?
