Need Help for SNMP Trap

Hi Nagios team

Recently I've been hired by a company and they use Nagiios XI server for their monitoring.
Their productions are Applications and they want to monitor those applications through snmp trap in Nagios.
They gave OIDs for diifrent traps but there are no MIBs to add in nagios server.
Can I send trap without any MIBs?
I'm trying for 2 days still no luck if there is any solution that would be appreciated.

First, use tcpdump to see if traps arrive.
Are snmptrapd and snmptt running?
