RRD does not exist

Hi
When i monitor the core switch and it's interface's snmp oid index great then some value, the rrd file couldn't create automatically.
Is anyone can help?

When did you create this service? This is normal behavior for about 10 minutes, until the rrd is created.

Hi
The service was created about 20 minutes, when I check this service after 16 hours, it still on the same situation.

If it doesn't, do you see any errors when you run the following command?
