I see you also opened a ticket for this, so I have addressed the issue there. In the future please only open either a ticket or a forum post, so we are not doubling our answers.

For reference, the issues mentioned are related to the SSL self-signed certificate in use, and the Apache settings allowing weak encryption. These will need to be looked at by your security, network, or sysadmin team.
