I am using a service template to monitor all basic server "stuff", CPU, RAM, Disk Space, RDP, etc. The notifications for the service template is Server Management group. I have another Business Unit that would like to receive and view disk space on their servers. I am trying to figure out the best method to provide this to them. Would that be to create a new service check for disk space and make them the contacts? Does that have any negative impact on the servers or Nagios to monitor the same check twice on the server? Is there a different method I can or should use to provide this separate disk check?
