Sending Nagios alerts through SMS

Hi Team,

Presently we are monitoring few remote servers through Nagios and sending host and service alerts through mails to different contacts. Now we want to send the alerts through SMS.

Kindly suggest us how we can achieve the goal.

This uses a given carrier's SMS to email gateway.
