Nagios calling shell scripts like sending alerts.

Hi Team,

As Nagios sends an email alert to respective groups, however does Nagios also support calling the shell scripts just like sending emails?

Sure, just create a command definition and assign the command to a contact. It will have to respect how a contact would be handled.
