Nagios XI 5R1.0 Renaming tool issue

Hi Team,

I am currently using Nagios XI Version 5R1.0.
Whenever i tried to use renaming tool it causes me so many config files issues which were correct.

It makes me to restore the config snapshot to revive the tool.

Note : Once after the snapshot restored, renamed server data also lost.

Kindly help us to fix the same.

Can you describe in details all of the steps you took to rename your host(s)/service(s)? Show us configuration files and screenshots showing the errors that you are getting.

Also, 5R1.0 is a somewhat old. Nagios XI 5.2.9 has been available for download since June 14, 2016... Is there any chance for you to upgrade to the latest? This *may* fix your issue as there is a huge number of bugs that have been fixed since 5R1.0.
