System Performance monitoring in Nagios log server

Hi,

Is it possible to check for System Performance(CPU usage, Memory and disk usage, top command output, list of processes running, listing all the ports) in Nagios log server?

If it is possible, Please let me know how to do it.

You can certainly monitor these metrics *on* Nagios Logserver, but I would not monitor them *with* Logserver. That sort of monitoring is better suited to Nagios XI.
