Hi All,

I am working for a Customer where I have created a NagVis map and they are asking me for a Geo Map.

-- We are using Icons for host_groups and lines for BPI's services.

They want to do the same thing but in a geomap where they can make zoom on the locations and that kind of things.

Do Nagios XI 5 has something to do it? Or do I have an add-on alternative?

I have followed this how_to: http://docs.nagvis.org/1.8/en_US/geomap.html

However, it hasn't work ok - Nagios XI 5 uses NagVis 1.5 but not 1.7/8

Yes there is an alternative - XI has a Google map component ( & dashlet) which may be a better fit.

In the XI UI go to Admin > System Extensions > Manage Dashlets and look for the Google Map dashlet. To use it you must 1st download and install the component - follow this doc on how to do install the component, it's quick and easy.
