Bandwidth usage Graphs

Hi Team,

We have configured NNA and added two sources to have the netflow data. We could see the details, but we are unable to see the Bandwidth utilization graphs.

Could you please help us here.

Please find the updates on few details.

The output from the tcpdump commands show that there isn't any Netflow data getting sent to the server so that could be the issue.
Try disabling the firewall on the Network Analyzer system and see if that helps.

Then login as root on the server, run the following commands and post the output.

The output from the tcpdump commands show that there isn't any Netflow data getting sent to the server so that could be the issue.
Try disabling the firewall and tripwire on the Network Analyzer system and see if that helps.
Then run the tcpdump command and see if those devices are sending flow data. Without receiving data, the graphs will not populate with data.

Login to the NA server and run the following to create the blank bandwidth.rrd files.

To stop Tripwire, you should talk to your admin but to stop iptables, you would run the following

Can you login to the NNA server and run the following as root and post the output?
