Notifications only notifies groups of one contact

Hi:

First time here.

I've just set up a Nagios, everything fine so far except notifications.

If groups have more than one member, notifications do not work, neither email nor sms.

If I define the group with only one contact, email and sms works perfectly.

Have you restarted the nagios service after making the config changes?
When you say doesn't work is there any sort of indication as to why? Does verification fail?
Is there anything in the Nagios Event Log page or /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log that might provide some clues?

You've left the information a little sparse, can you provide a little more detail
