Thruk couldnt connect to backend interface - Nagios

Folks,

I am using thruk to integrate nagios backend. It was working fine for years but all of a sudden , this morning , I am seeing "Interrupted System Call" Error. I have restarted nagios and Thruk service but it doesnt help. As I am new to this plugin, could someone shed lights on way to troubleshoot please.
