EMAIL Templates not saving

EMAIL Templates not saving

I attempted to add a new Email template. I finish and hit the add button, but I do not see the template on the list. What am I missing?

Can you verify that the elasticsearch service is running? Do a service elasticsearch restart and see if that remedies the issue. I would also recommend trying this on a different browser to eliminate potential compatibility/caching issues.

Service elasticsearch restart did the trick. Thank you.

Awesome! Slightly concerning that elasticsearch wasn't running though. I would keep an eye on it to make sure it's not crashing.

Is it alright if we lock this thread and mark the issue as resolved?

Yes, we can consider this issue resolve. Things looked very different when I didn't use IE as well. Using IE was more the issue than elasticsearch
