Pinned Dashboards

Hi. I've adjusted a user's dashboard so that the dashlets are arranged in an orderly fashion. When I change to the home view and come back to the dashboard view the dashlets are back in the original locations. What have I missed?

Can you describe in details how you did this? Did you set up a dashboard, then deployed it to a user via "Dashboard Deployment Tool"? If you did, did you select the "Keep Synced" check-box?
