What is the best method to update our existing Nagios XI server running version 2011R1.7 to the latest version of Nagios XI?
It is based on VMware template and is 32bit OS.
I tried running the update as documented here: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... nstall.pdf
but I ran into a lot of download errors. I was able to work through most of the errors except for the screenshot attached--there are a lot of mirror sites that are down. I was able to manually download most of the packages and install them, but I wasn't able to resolve this issue in the screenshot.
Thank you, Jonathan

Re: update 2011R1.7 to the latest version
Jonathan, how large is your setup? Nagios XI 2011R1.7 is very old. Your best be would be to build a new XI server, and import your configs.
If you care about historical/perfdata, and you are changing architecture (I believe you need to switch to a 64-bit system), you can migrate the data by following the steps, outlined in the KB article below:

If you really want to upgrade (not to build a new server), you can at least try to upgrade to Nagios XI 2012r2.9 first, then try to upgrade to the latest by following our upgrade guide:
